Charging & Cancellation Policy:
EASY TERMS FOR THE NEW NORMAL
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival at NO CHARGE (Except for Christmas and New Years*).
We take a Visa or MasterCard details when you reserve and charge 30% of the total cost of the reservation including taxes 7 days before arrival. (We can offer a credit for a future reservation for the 30% if canceled in writing within 7 days of arrival). A full charge is made for no shows.
The balance is charged at checkout to your Visa or MasterCard or can be paid in cash.
(*For Christmas and New Years ONLY, for stays including a night from Dec 24 to Jan 3, a one night deposit is charged when booking; the deposit is refundable up to 45 days before arrival and we charge the outstanding balance at 15 days before arrival which is non-refundable after that moment but a credit can be given for any last minute cancellations).
Room rates are subject to 10% ITBMS tax. Food and drinks are subject to 7% ITBMS tax (excluding breakfast, which is included in the room rate).
All cancellations must be made in writing.
A valid Visa or MasterCard card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on this secure server (prefered option) or you can send them to us by email or call us.
(Cancellation and deposit policies for groups, travel agents and last-minute rates may differ).
Minimum stay: At peak reservations periods such as Christmas/New Year, Carnival, Easter & Panamanian national holidays, a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights may apply.
Single Persons: Discount for single occupancy: $30 per night. Discount cannot apply in peak reservation periods such as Christmas/New Year, Carnival, Easter & Panamanian national holidays.
Children under 4 years are free. Children over 3 years count as adults for room occupancy.
Optional Extras: David airport or city pick-up: $75 (for up to 4 people). Quotes for more people or Boquete pick up available on request.
Check-in time: After 2pm and check out before 11am. We try and accommodate special requests where possible. Registered hotel guests are welcome to arrive earlier and use the facilities while their room is being prepared, and also stay and use the facilities after they have vacated ther room. There is no last check in time.
Payment: We require a Visa or Mastercard details to guarantee the booking. These can be given over our secure internet connection (see above) or by phone. We can also accept bank transfers by arrangement.
For group stays involving several rooms different conditions may be applied. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
For your expenditure during your stay and final bill we accept Visa & Mastercard and cash.
We reserve the right to preauthorize your credit card for your stay at check in, although cash may still be used if you wish to settle a final bill.
No smoking in the restaurant, other outdoor public areas or inside rooms, except on bungalow porches/terraces.
No personal meals nor beverages may be consumed or prepared on the premises please (except vacation rental house).
We regret that no animals are permitted in the hotel.
Hotel Dock: Available to dock at free of charge (for boats up to 30 feet (10 meters) approx.) for short stays & for guests staying in the hotel. Subject to availability. Water & power lines available. Please state this required option at time of reservation. Nearest boat fuel supply in Boca Chica village.
